THE SESSIONS

What sessions are like

Counselling sessions are £45. Sessions last 50 minutes. You will be invited to talk about whatever is on your mind, without pressure or expectation. I will listen carefully, support you and help you explore things safely, while regularly checking that the work still feels useful for you. A free 10-minute introductory telephone conversation is available before you decide whether to book.

FLEXIBLE SUPPORT

In Tiverton or online

Face-to-face sessions take place in a private garden counselling room in Tiverton, Mid Devon. Online sessions are available across the UK if that feels more comfortable or convenient.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Let’s begin with a calm, no-pressure conversation.
